Since we are so confident in the quality of our products, we provide a one-year warranty on Brighton accessories against damage due to manufacturers' defects. If your item falls within the warranty it will be repaired or replaced at no charge to you. Please note that while we are not able to repair eyewear that has been fitted with prescription lenses, we are happy to send you the parts you need so you may have your glasses repaired by your local optician.
For those cherished items that are beyond the warranty period, we will repair your item as best as possible and advise you of any minimal charges.
If you have eyewear that needs to be repaired, please contact the Consumer Care team at email@example.com to review your item. In your email, please include the following:
- Name of item or product number
- Description of what needs to be repaired
- Photos of the item
- Proof of purchase or date of purchase
- Location of purchase
Once your repair has been approved by the Consumer Affairs team, please send your item in durable shippable materials such as a shipping padded envelope or a box. We also suggest sending your item via a traceable manner such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS with delivery confirmation. This would ensure you know your package has reached us. We ask you to include a note with:
- Your name (first and last)
- Shipping and/or mailing address
- Phone number and/or email address
- Describe the problem with your item (even if it is obvious)
- When and where it was purchased—or a copy of the receipt.
